i gt 11 for tis SW cause i should not use the word "it's" when i want to refer to the puppy. And, the word 'Block' must be capitalized as it is a name. And also, a thing who answers to its name, is not a physical characteristics.
there is also a mistake at the suggested answer. the hand phone number could not be 9 numbers...
my reflection
i missed out one point(actually not missed out but the way i express it). i should put 'i lost him outside my house, *Block*(also should put in capital P) 121. i lost one mark here.
the next few mark which are lost are grammer mistake. *thank you* need a new paragraph, and i made some silly mistake. that's all.

I did not explain where my house is.I have a structural problem and subject verb agreement problem.The physical characteristic,I have a misconception and i got a redundant sentence.
i only got 9 for tis sw as i missed out alot of content and i wrote the answering to its name AS on characteristic
I am too careless for this SW this time as I had sentences structure problems. i had also wrote two wrong points like should be 'Block121, outside home' but i wrote 'outside home' without the block number and i also wrote that the dog needs medication for his eye but that is not the physical appearance, it should be he is a male puppy. i had several grammar mistake. i should be more careful and my carelassness caused me to fail very badly for this SW mock test paper 2
I wrote 'BLK 2' whlie it should be 'BLK 121'.The puppy answers to his name is not a physical characteristics.I did not write that the puppy is in need of care is because of what.I did not write how to contact me and I did not write who wrote this notice.

I make three mistake.One is the puppy is last seen outside my house but it should be last seen outside block 121.The second one is I forgotten to put condition in the clause there is something wrong with his eye.The last one is I can be contacted by coming to my house ,Blk 121 which is wrong.It should be I can be contacted by calling me at 912389572

I failed this SW badly as I make quite a number of language mistakes and missed out some contents. There is one point which I wrote "If you have any information of my puppy please contact me at block 121"Inside this, I made 2 language and 1 content mistakes.
I forgotten many points...Like how to contact... i said that the person who found it had to bring it to me
